Hey girls!

I was able to go back in my comments and find who awarded me what. So, my super late award post is finally here!!!!!!

Noemie, Julia, and Jessica have awarded me with the Liebster Award, and Sarah has awarded me with the Kindred Spirit Award! This is the fourth award my blog has been given, and I'm really excited! Thank you all for awarding me!

2. I worked as a partial housekeeper for previous neighbors of ours.
3. I have 4 older brothers, 4 younger brothers, and 1 younger sister.
4. I'm the first  recorded girl in our family line in over a hundred years!
5. I've been published in The King's blooming rose magazine 4? times.
6. I placed second in a Bible memorization contest.
7. I love taking photographs.
8. I had a glass bottle busted over my head when I was little by a younger brother:/
9.I love perfume ♥
10. I'm planning on starting my own home business selling natural body care products!

1. For what are you especially thankful to the Lord right now? That He is so forgiving and always watching over me, never leaving or forsaking me ♥
2. What is your favorite part about blogging? Getting to talk to other girls my age :)
3. What is your "liebster" possession? It's probably gonna sound dumb, but I don't know what liebster means :/
4. What is your favorite genre of music? Contemporary Christian and Christian pop/techno
5. If you could describe being a Christian to people, what word would you use? Probably love.
6. Favorite tea? Good ol' black and orange Southern sweet tea :)
7. Which woman/man from the Bible inspires you the most? Hmmmm, probably Abigail, and not just because she has my same name :)!
8. If you could change the colour of your hair, what would it be? Maybe red or light, light brown/blond
9. Do you have any "hidden" talents? I don't really know, maybe singing.
10. Would you describe yourself as a handy lady? No, just creative ;)
11. Your biggest pet peeve? People leaving messes around the house. Ugh!

I would pick A or c. I might have A already, but I don't really know :)

   7.) What Is Your Least Favorite Chore? Cleaning the bathroom :)

   8.) Do You Ever Wear High Heels? Usually only platforms. But I love, LOVE high heels and platforms!!!!!

Hi Everybody!

I'm so sorry it's taken me a while to get around to posting again. Things have been absolutely crazy around here! I know some of you are waiting on me to do a blog post covering the Liebster Awards you awarded me :) Unfortunately, I've lost track of who awarded me, so could y'all please be dearies and comment below notifying me? Hi everyone!

  Just wanted to update you all on how my Mom is doing, and thank y'all for your prayers! She is currently on her way to a doctor appointment for a check-up. Please continue to pray for her, because she is having extreme pain which the doctor said she shouldn't be.  There are also a few other things that aren't supposed to be happening that are, so we would be very appreciative if you could all steadily pray for her. Thanks to everybody who commented in my previous post, your sweet notes were so encouraging!!! God Bless! ♥

Julia's Blog

  So, tonight I happened to have some free time after an EXHAUSTING day of work. I've been in the kitchen almost all day cooking so I don't have so much to do when Mom goes in for her surgery. I just happened to visit Julia's blog, Writing For His Glory, when I read about this fantastic giveaway (click previous link)! One of the options for entering was to blog about her blog :) So, that's what I plan to do, if you haven't already figured out :D
  First off, I want to begin by telling everyone what an awesome creative writer she is! Her blog posts are always so inspiring and beautiful. Secondly, she always has a beautiful blog layout and background. Her photography is always so clear and beautiful. Thirdly, she is just a genuinely sweet, lovable person. I am so fortunate and thankful to have her as a friend. I love you Julia!! ♥

P.S. I know, 2 blog posts in one night:P I think I'm not the only one who does that ;)

Prayer Please

  I just wanted to ask for prayer, my Mom is going in for a hysterectomy tomorrow (Tuesday), and she will be in recovery for at least a month. Please pray that everything goes well, and for me, as I will be cooking meals and cleaning full time. Thanks!!
